Our spa area is your source for total relaxation, body renewal, and other decadent pamperings.  We strive to make your spa experience beneficial and memorable.

 

For this reason, we ask that you please refrain from the use of cell phones while in our spa area.

 

Hair Appointments:

In order for us to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled hair appointment time.  In the event that you arrive after your scheduled time, we may be unable to guarantee full application of services.

 

Spa Appointments:

To get the most of your spa experience, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to allow for changing, check in, and time to enjoy a berverage.

 

Waxing Appointments:

Make sure that there is at least ¼ inch of hair growth by the date of your appointment.  Should your hair be extremely coarse, ½ inch is better for an effective waxing session.  One to two days before your waxing, you should exfoliate any body areas to be waxed and avoid tanning as it increases sensitivity.  Also avoid moisturizing the day of your waxing.  

Please inform us if you are using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Renova, blood thinners,
hydroxy acids or have high antibiotic use.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to changeyour schedule and kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any change to a single service and 72 hours notice for change to multiple services, spa packages, and group events.  Not showing or giving appropriate cancellation notice for scheduled appointment may result in required prepayment for future appointments.

 

Wedding or Large Parties:

We always welcome large parties at the salon and spa.  When making reservations that require 3 or more of our staff members, a formal agreement is necessary to meet your expectations.
